Clean. Area is peaceful, area is near convenience stores and also near subway but quiet. The towels and toothbrush are issued 1 per day so we can use a different one each day. I like the toilet too, restroom is compact but clean

Clean, minimalist, very comfortable. Super efficient aircon. Great sunset from the 9th floor. Friendly staff. Close to virtually everything.

Staff is very welcoming. The room is quite spacious too compared to other hotels in Japan. There’s plenty of sockets to use too.

The room was pretty big and I really enjoyed my stay. The room has pretty much everything I needed plus the convenience store was really close.

It's great value for money. Although it's a few stations away from Osu and shopping places. It's still very accessible.

Location good. I can walk to Nagoya castle and Osu Shopping District. And a lot restaurant surround.

Fancy hotel in a central area, staff helped me operate the washing machine too. Hotel was a good price and well worth staying in. Would come back again!
